The many recent updates, and clean furnishings, offer comfortable living accommodations with a contemporary cottage/Cape Cod feel. The home is in a safe and quiet neighborhood, just minutes away from the beach, and is available year round for rentals.
Located minutes from the Sagamore bridge (off of Route 130- across from the Shawme Crowell State Forest). This home is 1 hour from Boston, 1 hour from Provincetown, 1 hour from Providence and Newport RI. It is less than 5 minutes from Town Neck Beach, Sandwich center and Stop and Shop Plaza, and the Cape Cod Canal bike and walking trails!
Sandwich is known for it's Historical charm and is the hub for much to see and do to include: the Heritage Museum, the Thornton Burgess Society, Sandwich Glass Museum, Dexter Grist Mill, Daniel Webster Inn, Sandwich Boardwalk, antique shops galore and wonderful clean beaches. There are also at least 6 public golf courses within 30 miles of the house.
